At the centre of the Outdure offering is the QwickBuild system designed for use in nearly all scenarios of exterior spaces. Applications range from low medium and high density residential to commercial public space applications including hospitality and education.
QwickBuild provides a perfectly level durable and stable structure for supporting decking tiles turf or a combination. It can be used over concrete slabs existing tiles or pavers natural ground and as a floating floor solution over waterproof membranes. Outdure’s contemporary ranges of decking, exterior tiles and synthetic turf can be easily installed onto QwickBuild using a suite of hidden fastenings, alternatively preferred surface materials can also be supported by QwickBuild.

ResortDeck – High Performance 4G Recycled Capped Composite Decking
All Outdure products are designed, developed & selected with an emphasis on style, durability & easy maintenance. ResortDeck with 4th Generation UltraShield technology combines the natural beauty & matte finish of a freshly oiled hardwood timber deck with the added benefits of being extremely durable, virtually colourfast, dimensionally stable & easy to maintain. The board core is made from 95% recyclable materials including highly density polyethylene & wood fibres. The co-extruded polymer shield completely encapsulates the board in an impermeable layer of protection that makes the boards impervious to moisture, gives superior UV protection + scratch, fade & mould resistance. ResortDeck boards are splinter-free, do not leech & the need for staining, oiling & painting is eliminated. The subtle colour variation is the result of a colourmix technology making every board unique. The 2800mm length boards are efficient for transportation & help combat expansion & contraction. The staggered, ‘rustic’ board layout is visually pleasing, as breaker boards are generally not required. Available in six natural colours & finishes to complement all styles of architecture from modern to classic. The boards are available in solid & hollow profiles suitable for commercial & residential applications.
Casadeck – 2G Recycled High Grade Composite
Casadeck attributes include style, durability & ease of maintenance. Casadeck composite boards are a safe, smart sustainable choice for your family & the environment. Made from a proven blend of recycled wood fibers & high quality UV resistant recycled PVC, the boards virtually colourfast & long-lasting. Casadeck also has an excellent non-slip coefficient rating. The boards are splinter-free & nail-free. The use of nasty chemicals for maintenance is eliminated as no oiling, staining or painting is required. Installation is fast & easy with Outdure’s suite of durable, concealed fastenings, including Outdure’s patented QwickClip range, which twist to hold the boards into place. Ideal for easy access underneath the structure to inspect deck health & access services. The natural, matte finish of the boards, look & feel great underfoot. The colour palette has been refined to compliment modern & classical architectural styles. MixDure colour technology achieves a soft tonal variation throughout the boards to disguise daily wear & tear. A soft brush can be used to even out light marks. Ideal for residential and light commercial applications.

The full body vitrified porcelain tiles have pigment through the entire thickness to protect against discolouring, fading & scratches. Ideal for high traffic zones, the tiles are structurally engineered with excellent rigidity for high resistance to breaking load & stress. All tiles have a commercial anti-slip rating of R11 / P4 with a soft edge that feels great underfoot, plus & resistant to frosts, chemicals & staining. Whilst both ranges are structurally engineered, the tiles also disguise marks from day-to-day use, keeping the outdoor space timeless. To achieve a harmonious, modern aesthetic, the range of Mineral tiles have a more consistent, even finish. The elegant Stone Inspire range is characterised by a subtle tonal variation making each tile unique.
UltraPlush Synthetic Turf– For lush, green exterior spaces
Formulated for durability & easy living Outdures’ synthetic turf range is a smart option for maximizing the use of exterior spaces during all seasons The UltraPlush turf range has a high UV rating & moisture resistance The range includes colours & textures, suitable for residential & commercial projects. From plush soft fibres for low traffic spaces such as residential backyards or rooftop gardens, through to firm, durable fibres that are still soft underfoot & excellent for high traffic environments that demand performance. Safe for children & pets: lead-free, no heavy metals or harmful chemicals + prickle & bindi-free. Use with UltraPlush Underlay for playgrounds. Synthetic grass is pesticide & fertiliser-free. UltraPlush turf is recyclable for an environmentally conscious choice.

QwickBuild Modular Framing and Support System
QwickBuild - by Outdure is an external flooring system that provides strong, durable, stable structures to support decking boards, tiles, turf or a combination of these surfaces. Joists support the surfaces and the joists are supported by bearers. The bearers are supported by posts (piers) or adjustable height pedestals (deck jacks).
QwickBuild is designed for installations over waterproof membranes, concrete or natural ground scenarios.
The system allows for construction of support structures ranging from extremely low height (36mm) through to structures high off the ground (3m+).
QwickBuild is a 'mix and match' system, making it easy for qualified tradespersons to construct onsite from individual parts or assemble prefabricated frames.
Also included as part of the system are Outdure’s ranges of decking boards, exterior tiles, and synthetic turf, all of which are designed to integrate easily as a complete solution.
The proprietary system comprises of a comprehensive range of patented beam profiles, fastening and support components and additional accessories. The system allows for the structure design for residential and commercial applications with a load capacity of up to 5kN point load and 5kPa UDL. The beams and components are manufactured from lightweight structural aluminium with marine-grade anodized or powder coated finish or electrophoresis 304 stainless steel. Other system components and accessories include brackets, clips, anchors, fasteners, access and ventilation grates, adjustable height pedestals.

QwickBuild offers the most features and benefits for deck structures under 400mm in height, especially areas where deck structures are built over a waterproof membrane. This includes rooftop spaces and apartment balconies. The system offers low height capabilities, enables the construction of deck structures with flush internal and external floor levels that are of complex integrating surfaces, and the convenience of transporting made-to-measure frames to site, significantly reducing installation time on site, therefore making QwickBuild a cost-effective solution. The system allows for the design and construction of stairs, seats, screens, and curves.
