HIANDRI is  a fully ‘Patented’ system that lifts the whole frame above the floor, keeping bottom plates dry eliminating the need for DPC and allowing unwanted external moisture to escape, helping to ‘future-proof’ the building from expensive repairs and claims!

As the bottom plate is off the floor and should there ever be a water leak, water will fall off the plate to find the next driest area that is the flooring or skirting. These wet areas will show straight away enabling the leak to be identified and repairs carried out before any expensive damage can occur.

Engineered in New Zealand the HIANDRI system has been fully engineered to satisfy the requirements of NZS3604:2011, NZS1170:2002, NZS3603:1993 their amendments and the Building Code. HIANDRI packers have CodeMark Certification and submitting the CodeMark Certificate and Installation Instructions to the Building Consent Authority (BCA) is an acceptable solution.
